Typical DC/DC application
Suplet's products generally have internal filters, which are enough for ordinary applications.
A recommended circuit is shown in the figure, where C1 is an aluminum electrolytic capacitor
added at input to absorb voltage spikes and provide sustaining voltage to the power
converter. To prevent high input voltage spikes from damaging the converter, transient voltage
suppressor (TVS) D2 is used with fuse at input to assure input voltage within safe range.
D1 is reverse protection diode. Selection guide for TVS is shown in the table.
| Input Voltage |

Attention should be paid to output capacitor C2. It should be placed near the power supply, connected
by wider copper tracks on PCB to lower noise.
